What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s or associate degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy

Experience

Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy. Active state license required in Wisconsin. Demonstrated experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Experience developing and implementing therapy programs and clinical protocols. Experience with patient evaluation, care planning, and coordination of multidisciplinary services.
