Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate role is an onsite position located in Woodbine, MD. The pay rate is $15.00 - $16.00/hr plus commission, supporting the store's sales and profit objectives within the Music & Arts retail team. This role exists to consistently achieve individual sales goals, provide superior customer service, and take on senior-level responsibilities within the store. The associate will build customer relationships, promote the lesson program, and contribute to overall store operations.

What you'll do

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program
• Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Promote customer loyalty
• Participate in store merchandising, displays, and maintenance
• Maintain store security.
