The Fuel Distribution System Operator role is onsite at White Sands Missile Range, NM, based at WSMR Main Post; compensation is $27.43 per hour. Technica LLC provides the position in support of government fuel distribution operations at the installation. The operator transports, dispenses, and accounts for fuel while conducting quality checks and maintaining equipment and safety procedures. The work supports fuel delivery to installation locations and remote range areas while meeting operational, environmental, and vehicle requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate government-furnished fuel tankers and related vehicles
• haul and dispense fuel to designated locations
• fuel and defuel aircraft, equipment, and vehicles
• conduct fuel quality checks and sampling
• receive and measure fuel loads
• inspect dispensing equipment and separators
• process service requests and fuel accountability forms
• maintain trip tickets and vehicle records
• report incidents, spills, and equipment deficiencies
• perform vehicle inspections and operator-level maintenance.
