What you'll do

• Lead and develop person-centered, community-based Day Services programs
• promote employment, community integration, independence, and personal growth
• build relationships with employers, community organizations, families, and partners
• assess participant needs and develop programs around individual goals
• supervise and coach staff and provide direction to program managers
• evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements
• ensure services meet applicable requirements and agency standards
• manage departmental transportation needs
• assist with funding and resource development
• collaborate with agency leadership, staff, participants, families, and community partners.
