The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, center-based role in Union, NJ, with a first-year salary range of $82,000–$95,000. Kaleidoscope ABA provides center-based, community, and home-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and young adults. The BCBA provides direct clinical services and manages and supervises a small caseload of 5–8 clients. The role assesses client needs, develops treatment plans, evaluates progress, and guides families and staff in behavioral interventions.

What you'll do

• Conduct client assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment goals and written behavioral intervention and teaching plans
• collect and record session data
• analyze data to assess program effectiveness
• train families and staff in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis
• supervise and coach Behavior Therapists.
