What you'll do

• Manage reconstruction projects from job start through final walkthrough and closeout
• build and schedule subcontractor and trade-partner networks
• track costs, margins, change orders, and supplements
• coordinate material selections, orders, and deliveries
• communicate with property owners, adjusters, and internal teams
• inspect progress, quality, and code compliance
• maintain job files and documentation
• coordinate handoffs with mitigation and estimating teams.
