The role leads shared services across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll while improving transaction accuracy, compliance, controls, and service delivery. It also drives process transformation and coordinates with teams across the organization to strengthen accounting operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the shared services team across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• oversee billing, cash application, collections, vendor payments, expense compliance, and payroll processing
• improve workflows, automation, standardization, documentation, and internal controls
• partner with HR, procurement, operations, and finance
• support ERP and technology enhancements
• administer Concur expense reporting
• track KPIs and service levels
• oversee related month-end and year-end close activities
• and manage external audit requests.
