Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient & Outpatient

Reviews requisitions for physical therapy and evaluates patient's physical condition and needs. Establishes PT treatment goals for each individual patient, based on the findings of the initial evaluation. Develops a program of corrective exercise and treatment for assessed patients. Supervises the treatment and recording of patient's progress.
