Production Operator — First and Second Shifts is an onsite role in North Ridgeville, OH, paying $17.50 per hour plus a $2.00-per-hour shift differential. First shift runs 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; second shift runs 1:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. The role supports production of high-performance metals and precision products. What you'll do

• Assemble parts and products to specifications
• inspect finished products using rulers, gauges, and visual checks
• operate and monitor production equipment

• assist with training and support team members as needed.
