Registered Nurse (RN) Care Specialist

Assigns staff according to policies and works to ensure equal distribution of assigned duties. Supports teamwork and encourages staff to provide resident care properly and in an acceptable time frame. Completes rounds to assess residents and resident care. Reports concerns and needs to appropriate staff members in a professional and timely manner.
