Certified Nursing Assistant — Home Health, Hybrid

What you'll do

• Follow agency policies and procedures
• provide assigned personal care, bathing, and hands-on care
• complete visit records promptly
• report changes in patient condition and needs to the RN
• perform assigned household services essential to home health
• assist with ambulation, exercise, and simple procedures such as range-of-motion exercises as assigned
• assist with ordinarily self-administered medications as assigned
• attend scheduled in-service and continuing education programs and patient care conferences.
