The Nurse Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Floater role is an onsite position serving clients across Oahu, based in Honolulu, HI. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu provides care to seniors across the island. This role provides personal care and companionship to clients in different home environments, while helping maintain coverage across the island. By filling open shifts and supporting new client assignments, the floater helps ensure clients receive consistent assistance where it is needed.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• provide mobility support and safe transfers
• offer companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes in condition
• transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.
