What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, leadership, and operational training
• maintain training calendars, records, trackers, and reports
• administer training-system assignments and completion follow-up
• support HR operations, employee relations documentation, investigations, and compliance tracking
• conduct field visits as needed
• prepare leadership reports and recommend process improvements.
