What you'll do

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
• respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
• provide timely activity reports to the agent
• remain current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education. A current Property and Casualty license is required.
