What you'll do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of approximately 150 accounts
• serve as primary relationship manager for client stakeholders
• maintain engagement cadences and monitor client health
• manage onboarding, adoption, mid-contract engagement, and renewals
• coordinate internal stakeholders during onboarding
• identify additional-property and platform-expansion opportunities
• generate qualified warm leads for Sales.
