The role also includes maintaining a safe home environment and reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with routines
• follow care plans
• maintain a safe home environment
• report changes in client condition.
