What you'll do

• Provide direct care tailored to individual needs
• assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• support budgeting, grocery shopping, and household chores
• encourage community inclusion, social skills, and recreation
• implement individualized goals and support plans
• ensure health and safety
• document and report incidents or concerns
• administer medication only upon successful completion of an approved AMAP course
• communicate with staff, management, and families.
