The Press Operator — First Shift role is onsite in Smyrna, TN, full-time, with pay of $18.75–$23.75 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Steel Technologies LLC’s press operation produces customer-compliant products. The operator sets up and runs press equipment, checks product dimensions and quality, and communicates issues to production leadership. The work supports safe, consistent production and customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Reconcile and load coil
• check and record material specifications
• thread coil through equipment
• set up dies, presses, levelers, and conveyors
• make minor adjustments
• monitor product quality
• prepare skids
• remove scrap
• clean the machine and area
• communicate quality problems.
