Field Supervisor, Water Transfer

The Field Supervisor, Water Transfer role is onsite in Wheeling, WV, with pay of $20–$22.99 per hour and a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments, subject to eligibility and terms. The position supports Keystone Clearwater Solutions’ Eastern Ohio Water Transfer Operations. The supervisor leads field crews and oversees water transfer work so projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental and client expectations. The role also serves as the client liaison and supports quality control, training, equipment performance, and project cost management.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily field operations and delegate assignments
• serve as the primary client liaison
• oversee setup and performance of pumps, meters, and water transfer systems
• train team members and ensure safety compliance
• evaluate job sites and assist with specifications and cost planning
• maintain field tickets, timesheets, and equipment logs
• support EH&S compliance and job-site organization
• monitor uptime, efficiency, and costs.
