What you'll do

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cart attendants, players’ assistants, and golf shop personnel
• direct daily pro shop and merchandise concession operations
• assist with financial records, revenue reports, payroll information, and cash reconciliation
• maintain green fee and cart rental records
• manage pace of play
• plan and conduct lessons, clinics, tournaments, and league play
• respond to member and guest requests
• complete basic club repairs and custom fitting
• attend staff meetings.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of golf professional experience, or active pursuit of PGA Membership as an apprentice or through a PGA Golf Management program. PGA or LPGA membership is preferred.
