IT Technician | Credit Union Office Support

Job overview

The IT Technician role is onsite in Salem, IN, with regular travel to other assigned Beacon Credit Union locations. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot office hardware and cabling
• assist users with technical issues and coordinate with infrastructure services
• configure and install computers, thin clients, monitors, network infrastructure, copiers, and peripherals
• install and upgrade operating systems and software
• assist with hardware troubleshooting, cable testing, and phone/video deployments
• complete technical training.

Why this role
