The Onboarding Specialist role is onsite in Greenville, SC. Starting base pay is $18.50 per hour. The specialist prepares and proctors orientation, completes onboarding documentation, and updates employee records across company systems. The work helps new hires complete required steps and begin their security professional experience with accurate records and clear guidance.

What you'll do

• Prepare orientation classrooms and materials
• proctor New Employee Orientation
• review welcome kits and verify Form I-9 documents
• administer drug tests
• initiate and complete onboarding documents in the applicant tracking system
• update required records and compliance codes in WinTeam
• enter direct deposit information
• ensure new hires complete three lessons and a final exam
• process rehires and update employee information.
