The Quality Assurance Report Reviewer role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. Pay is $27–$28 per hour. DDL, Inc. is a third-party testing facility that supports medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies with package, product, and material testing. The reviewer checks and approves test reports for completeness and accuracy, ensuring review records meet data-integrity and document-control requirements. The role tracks recurring errors and delays and recommends improvements that support reliable reporting and client product testing.

What you'll do

• Review test reports, letters, and data sheets against test standards and contracts
• document approvals, corrections, and signatures in accordance with data-integrity and document-control requirements
• track recurring errors, review comments, correction cycles, and approval delays
• communicate findings and recommend corrective, preventive, or process-improvement actions
• apply relevant ISO/IEC 17025 and 21 CFR requirements, procedures, customer requirements, and test methods.
