What you'll do

• Support independent living activities involving shopping, money management, meal planning and preparation, home management, hygiene, fitness, and social and leisure activities
• assist with goals and positive behavior strategies
• transport individuals to daily, healthcare, and community activities
• follow medication procedures and conduct assigned audits
• protect safety and rights
• document services and choices
• support licensing compliance and communicate with families and the program team.
