The Nurse Coordinator, Interventional Radiology role is onsite in Wenatchee, WA, with compensation of $39.33–$61.57 per hour. The position supports Confluence Health’s Interventional Radiology patients across diagnosis and treatment. The coordinator provides longitudinal nursing care and helps patients and families navigate clinical pathways, symptom management, education, and care coordination. By working with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, the nurse supports timely, appropriate care and patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and evaluate patient care plans with physicians and the healthcare team
• facilitate patient, family, and team conferences
• educate patients on disease, treatment, procedures, and medications
• assess social needs and refer to resources
• triage incoming calls and coordinate tests and procedures
• review outside records
• coordinate appointments and care across departments
• schedule tests and follow up on results
• assist with minor IR procedures within RN scope
• obtain vital signs and histories, document in the EMR, and administer provider-directed medications
• provide triage and symptom management in person, by telemedicine, or by phone
• maintain active BLS certification.

Why this role

Requires Washington or compact-state RN licensure, three years of clinical experience, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Previous department experience is desired.
