What you'll do

• Help prepare and serve menu items
• stock stations and follow serving-size and special-diet guidelines
• follow recipes and FIFO practices
• maintain clean and organized kitchen, storage, and equipment
• complete basic food-safety logs and production records
• communicate supply needs
• assist teammates and new team members.
