Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center Manager

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center Manager role is onsite in Livermore, CA. Compensation includes a base salary of up to $100,000 per year and a monthly performance bonus of $600–$1,250, based on center size and individual billable targets; the posting states total annual earning potential of up to approximately $115,000. Proficio Therapy Services provides ABA, speech, and occupational therapy to children and families. The role combines clinical leadership and center operations to support effective ABA services and positive client outcomes. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops teaching programs and behavior intervention plans, supervises and trains clinical staff, manages cases, and oversees clinic scheduling, staffing, and caseloads.

What you'll do

• Conduct skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
• develop teaching programs and positive behavior intervention plans
• recommend service duration and ongoing need
• lead bi-weekly team meetings and guide treatment teams
• communicate with insurers, parents, and caregivers
• coordinate client and technician schedules
• train, coach, and provide feedback to behavior technicians
• maintain records of meetings, session overlaps, program progress, and staff performance
• provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees in accordance with BACB requirements
• oversee clinic scheduling, staffing, caseload management, productivity, utilization, and clinical outcomes
• collaborate with administrative teams.
