Stockroom Coordinator

The Stockroom Coordinator role is onsite in Gardiner, ME, with pay of $20–$24 per hour. The role supports Maine Drilling & Blasting’s operational site and its drilling supply needs. This position coordinates the receipt, issue, stocking, and tracking of consumables, drilling accessories, and supplies. By maintaining inventory, sharpening returned drill bits as needed, and supporting deliveries and site upkeep, the coordinator helps keep operational work supplied and organized.

What you'll do

• Receive, issue, inspect, and stock supplies
• maintain inventory levels and the drill-accessory log in Acumatica WMS
• receive purchase orders and issue accessories to job numbers
• provide stock recommendations to the Procurement Manager
• operate a forklift and drill-sharpening machine
• perform machine maintenance and specified building maintenance
• make offsite deliveries as necessary.
