What you'll do

• Conduct daily in-person community check-ins, including home and school visits, and document them
• review case files
• respond to inquiries from youth, families, service providers, and Milwaukee County CYFS
• build helping relationships with youth
• support family decision-making
• provide GPS monitoring and enter data in agency and tracking databases
• maintain required training and certifications.
