The Stylist role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Pay is $28–$48 per hour. W Peyton Company’s Great Clips salons provide walk-in customers and training to support stylists’ skills and careers. The role exists to provide quality haircuts and build customer connections that encourage clients to return for hair-care services. Stylists listen to customer preferences, deliver service in a fast-paced setting, and address customer concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide haircuts in a fast-paced environment
• listen to and understand customer requests
• deliver customer service and follow the 5 Steps to Customer Care
• resolve customer issues
• use a computer to track customer information
• maintain a flexible schedule and continue developing skills.
