• Lead, mentor, and develop project controls professionals

• manage cost control, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• maintain budgets, schedules, progress metrics, and change processes
• support planning and resource allocation
• review estimates and financial performance
• collaborate with Accounting, Operations, project teams, and clients
• drive continuous improvement and support business development.
