Multi-Site Operations Manager

The Multi-Site Operations Manager role is onsite in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, supporting approximately two to three laundromat locations throughout the Columbus area. Pay is $24–$28 per hour, based on experience. Armada Staffing Group is hiring for a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple laundromat teams and locations. The manager oversees daily operations, supports and schedules employees, maintains location standards, monitors supplies, addresses customer concerns, and coordinates routine equipment and operational solutions. The role helps keep each location operating efficiently and supports consistent customer service.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations at approximately 2–3 laundromat locations
• manage, train, coach, and support hourly employees
• create schedules and help cover call-offs
• monitor performance, attendance, and company standards
• maintain clean, organized, safe, functioning locations
• monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
• address routine customer concerns
• troubleshoot and coordinate routine equipment and operational solutions
• travel between assigned locations
• follow company policies and safety standards
• identify operational and customer-service improvements
• assist with attendant duties when coverage is needed
• communicate with company leadership
• support staffing needs and operational initiatives.
