What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using quality ingredients, recipes, and appropriate portions
• monitor and record food temperatures
• label and store food
• monitor kitchen refrigeration and freezer temperatures
• control waste
• maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen
• sanitize equipment
• check supplies and store vendor deliveries
• and report equipment or safety issues to the Food Service Director. Supporting resident-centered activities may be part of the role.
