Market Sourcing Manager - Distribution | Boston, MA | $85,000-$115,000/year + bonus This role leads regional sourcing and procurement for goods-not-for-resale (GNFR) and disposable product categories, supporting various business segments. The manager acts as an inventory strategy expert, making daily decisions on product acquisition and vendor terms to optimize cost, service, and availability. The position is onsite in the Boston, MA (West Boylston) office.

What you'll do

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Lead product selection, regional sourcing, and supplier onboarding/qualification.
• Build category and market expertise.
• Monitor market intelligence and local needs.
• Develop pricing strategy and pricing policies.
• Rationalize and consolidate product lines.
• Own supplier relationship management (SRM).
• Manage multiple sourcing projects and initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Operations.
• Identify and recommend new packaging products and sustainable alternatives.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma

Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; 5+ years of experience in price negotiations, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and managing supplier relationships.
