What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, including rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment or facility repairs
• prioritize work orders
• prepare for state agency and investor inspections
• support OSHA and EPA property compliance
• maintain curb appeal
• lead unit-turn preparation
• perform quarterly preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC
• train assigned staff
• assist neighboring properties
• report safety concerns
• travel within the region and to required training or conferences.
