The Maintenance Technician I role is onsite in Clovis, CA. Pay is $19.00–$20.00 per hour. GSF Properties manages apartment communities and seeks to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming homes and shared spaces. The technician completes resident service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance, and prepares vacant apartments for new residents. The role supports resident satisfaction and property upkeep by maintaining units, grounds, and common areas and coordinating with managers and vendors.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs involving appliances, carpentry, hardware, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• complete service requests and work orders
• prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• maintain grounds, curb appeal, and trash management
• participate in on-call rotation as needed
• maintain resident and vendor relations
• assist with annual inspections
• report lease or house-rule violations
• coordinate vendors and supplies with the manager.

Why this role
