The Electrical Test Technician 4 role is onsite in Caroline County, VA, and pays $52–$66 per hour. The position supports M.C. Dean's Modular Mission Critical manufacturing campus, which produces modular products for data centers and critical infrastructure. The role exists to administer and support electrical testing and building-control operations. It contributes to reliable, safe facility systems through testing, troubleshooting, operational procedures, staff training, and coordination with project and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Develop the electrical testing program for the duty site
• manage or train operations staff on system control applications
• assist with procedures and training for monitoring complex building systems
• support CMMS scheduling and tracking of MEP maintenance
• manage integration and reliability of SCADA, Delta Controls, and life-safety systems
• troubleshoot operational problems
• supervise electrical testing activities
• assist with schedules and safety procedures
• perform acceptance and maintenance testing, relay and switchgear testing, transformer testing, and maintain test reports.
