What you'll do

• Administer compensation programs, salary structures, pay grades, job evaluations, and market pricing
• conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking
• support annual compensation planning
• prepare recommendations and analytics
• evaluate pay equity
• administer health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits
• respond to employee benefit inquiries
• coordinate open enrollment and communications
• work with brokers and vendors
• support audits and leave administration
• maintain HRIS data
• prepare workforce reports and dashboards
• protect employee data and monitor regulatory compliance.
