Security Analyst

The Security Analyst is a hybrid role based in the Greater Seattle Area, with a minimum of two days per week in Rover’s downtown Seattle office on Mondays and Thursdays. Compensation is $118,476–$148,095 per year for the greater Seattle area. The analyst joins Rover’s Information Security team, helping protect the company’s pet-care platform and community.

What you'll do

• Own and mature the vulnerability management program across corporate SaaS systems and AWS-hosted applications
• monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts and incidents
• build and refine Splunk searches, dashboards, and alerts
• identify and implement AI and automation opportunities
• prepare audit and regulatory evidence
• evaluate security processes and recommend improvements
• analyze incidents and business impact
• research emerging threats and technologies
• promote security awareness and best practices.
