What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee resident moves into the community
• assist with furniture placement, orientation, and assimilation
• greet residents, guests, employees, and vendors
• provide backup for the sales team by touring and selling the community and apartments
• coordinate future resident interviews and appointments
• assist with planning and implementing the annual marketing plan
• communicate with residents and families
• work flexible schedules including rotating weekends, holidays, evenings, appointments, and events.
