What you'll do

• Conduct personalized tours and follow up with prospective residents and families
• manage the CRM to document and organize follow-up
• help train branch staff in phone and tour hospitality
• support the move-in process
• build relationships with community professionals to maximize referred leads
• ensure the branch is staged for customer experience
• complete weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with branch leadership.
