Compensation is $65,000–$80,000 per year, with an opportunity to earn additional incentives up to 20% of base salary if KPIs are met. The role exists to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio and deliver owner satisfaction through communication and coordination. The manager works across leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and renovations while supporting portfolio performance and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Serve property owners
• oversee residential property operations including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance
• ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• coordinate maintenance and repairs with technicians, contractors, and vendors
• manage property budgets and financial records
• execute portfolio operations against targets and KPIs
• dispatch field team members for inspections
• improve policies and procedures
• monitor local market trends and competitors
• maximize net operating income
• prepare reports as required.
