Director of Facilities

What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance of buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets
• oversee housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services
• manage campus operations and building maintenance
• develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts when appropriate
• inspect apartments before occupancy
• develop preventive maintenance and work-order systems
• manage financial statements, expenses, budgets, staffing, and vehicle safety.
