What you'll do
- Receive and document client contacts by phone, email, and portal
- create categorized tickets
- troubleshoot common password, account access, printing, connectivity, and application issues using documented procedures
- follow prioritization and escalation workflows
- communicate through resolution
- maintain ticket notes
- and flag gaps in knowledge articles.
