What you'll do

• Contribute to NCDOT GESC services and pre- and post-construction support
• design and rehabilitate bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and sound barriers
• perform quality control and quality assurance of contract documents
• prepare plans, specifications, special provisions, cost estimates, and technical reports
• help grow the North Carolina NBIS Bridge Inspection program
• mentor staff
• manage project budgets, scopes, schedules, and clients.
