What you'll do

• Cultivate external referral relationships and maintain a pipeline of SBA loan transactions
• market the team’s services
• follow up on leads and update the pipeline tracker weekly
• source loans aligned with credit parameters
• assemble loan packages, income-statement spreads, and brief credit memos
• collect and securely organize borrower documents
• participate in borrower and underwriter kickoff calls
• assist underwriters and closers with documentation
• maintain stakeholder relationships and comply with applicable regulations.
