Direct Support Professional, Residential Relief

The Direct Support Professional, Residential Relief role is onsite in Spencer, MA. Compensation is $20.29 per hour without MAP certification or $21.33 per hour with MAP certification. The relief professional supports residential program participants with individualized support plans and daily needs. The role helps deliver services in accordance with program standards and applicable regulations while assisting with personal care and household tasks.

What you'll do

• Work with residential managers and Direct Support Professionals to deliver service standards and support compliance
• advocate for participants and implement Individual Support Plans
• assist with personal care and hygiene, including toileting, transfers, showering, dressing, and grooming
• perform assigned domestic and maintenance tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, and groundskeeping.
