The Youth Mentor – Evenings role is onsite in Flat Rock, MI, working in clients’ homes and in the community. Compensation is not specified. ExpertCare provides services to Community of Mental Health recipients in Southeast Michigan. The mentor works one-on-one with recipients to support skill-building activities and personal goals at home and in the community. The role follows care plans and helps participants strengthen skills and pursue goals outside their home environment.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with recipients in their homes
• support and encourage skill-building activities
• accompany recipients into the community to support personal goals
• work independently and follow care plans
• communicate with the care team.
