Assistant Chief Engineer

What you'll do

• Coordinate construction and remodeling work, including general contractor schedules
• liaise between the engineering team, Chief Engineer, other departments, and guests
• supervise and assist staff with maintenance and repairs to hotel systems and equipment
• ensure timely, cost-effective repairs
• order materials and tools within budget
• maintain and document preventive maintenance
• support department safety, hiring, performance reviews, training, and compliance inspections.
