What you'll do

• Support E-Commerce Client Advisors and Inventory Managers by managing deals in progress
• coordinate and ship watches and jewelry
• prepare outbound shipping paperwork and arrange shipment insurance as appropriate. Inspect outbound watches, complete quality-control paperwork, verify shipment contents against listings, enter client information into the CRM as needed, and learn product knowledge across the company’s watch and jewelry brands.
